The neat thing about tithing is that ---
"It is LARGE enough to be scary;
and SMALL enough to be doable!!!"
If you choose to tithe, then you MUST adjust your lifestyle.
Just as we can not be in more than one place at one time,
we can not participate in EVERYTHING that is available to us
in the American society. YOU must determine what is
important to you and what is not important. Once you do that,
then tithing becomes easier.

- Gene Dirr professed his faith in Jesus Christ at the age of eleven. After a small-town Texas childhood, Dirr received his Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas, Austin. A veteran of the United States Air Force and on active duty during the Cuban Missile Crisis, the author moved from an insurance examiner for the state of Texas to owning his own insurance agency.
