Clearly, in the New Testament, it is NOT a legalistic
10 per cent; BUT, out of generosity that believers
become cheerful givers!!! In fact, 2nd Corinthians 9:7 states:
"Each man should give what he has decided
in his heart to give,
not reluctantly or under compulsion,
for God loves a cheerful giver!!!"
