The Greatest Lesson from the 92 Year old Preacher

When I was asked to come here today and talk to you,
your Senior Pastor asked me to tell you what
"the greatest lesson" I ever learned in my over 50
years of preaching. The one thing that I could always
rely on when tears, and heart break, --- and pain, ---
and fear, --- and sorrow paralyzed me --- the only thing
that would comfort me was this verse:

Jesus loves me! --- This I know,
For the Bible tells me so;
Little ones to Him belong,
They are weak but He is strong.

Yes, Jesus loves me!
Yes, Jesus loves me!
Yes, Jesus loves me!
For the Bible tells me so.
