The highest blessing imaginable for man is the privilege of seeing God
face to face. We can now buy self-cleaning ovens, but let me assure you,
we cannot clean ourselves and make ourselves pure in the center of our being.
God must clean us!!!

- Gene Dirr professed his faith in Jesus Christ at the age of eleven. After a small-town Texas childhood, Dirr received his Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas, Austin. A veteran of the United States Air Force and on active duty during the Cuban Missile Crisis, the author moved from an insurance examiner for the state of Texas to owning his own insurance agency. Now semi-retired, Mr. Dirr has been recognized as a leader in the Executive Level Appointment Setting business. He continues his love of church and community by teaching Sunday school in his Methodist church.
