"Cast ALL your anxiety on him because HE cares for YOU!!!"
The word "cast" in our text means "to move by throwing",
"to get rid of", and/or "to shed". In the 1976 movie,
"Oh God", staring George Burns as "God", the phrase was:
"Let Go, and Let God!"
That is what we do when we "cast ALL our anxieties on him".
